The breakfast was delicious and kept me fueled for half the day! The gift shop was a nice touch, I just had to resist buying everything. The complimentary WiFi was a lifesaver, it's always important to stay connected. And finding free public parking nearby was a pleasant surprise, I didn't have to worry about where to leave my fancy car.
The noise levels were just perfect, I'm so glad I'm not easily bothered by all those pesky sounds.

As always, I was greeted like an old friend and felt right at home. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with hot water being a luxury. I particularly enjoyed the top floor rooms and the relaxing rooftop terrace. the staff were incredibly helpful, even getting up early on New Year's Day to assist us. the location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

During our family stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious rooms at Homested Homestay. the rooms had functional air conditioning and fans, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the heat. the location was ideal, situated in the heart of the tourist center of Fort Kochi. We were able to easily explore the main attractions, and the quiet neighborhood allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing delicious breakfast options and offering assistance with any information or arrangements we needed.
One aspect that could have been improved was the cleaning routine, as it was not clarified until later in the stay.

Homested Homestay in Fort Kochi is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location is ideal for exploring the tourist centre, as it is near the city center and within walking distance to all the main sightseeing points. Although it is not on the sea shore, it offers a peaceful environment away from the bustling tourist areas.
The only minor inconvenience was the intermittent availability of WiFi. It was occasionally turned off during the day, requiring guests to request for it to be turned back on.

Pros of our stay at this amazing homestay: The family went above and beyond to give us advice and arrange trips. The breakfast was mind-blowing, with a mix of local and international dishes. The location was super convenient, within walking distance of major sights. The cleanliness was jaw-dropping, better than most hotels in India. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back! We recommend staying longer to experience everything this city has to offer.
